Move Your Body Meet-Up is WAIH’s essential program which focuses on overall health and wellness. The benefits of movement, physical fitness in general, release endorphins which help reduce stress and move emotions through our bodies. Our meetups will energize and empower you, physically, mentally, and emotionally while connecting with other like-minded women with similar goals.
